Property survey
Before we begin any build, it’s important that we’re provided with a property survey that has been conducted by a certified and fully licensed surveyor.
This will provide us with a detailed report of your property, outlining the precise boundaries we have to work with as well as any issues we need to be aware of.
Consultation
For every pool we build, we’ll begin with a consultation process that gives us the chance to discuss your pool requirements directly with you.
First and foremost, this will include establishing the type of swimming pool you’re looking for.

Design
Once the consultation has been completed, our expert designers will get to work. Utilizing more than 30 years of pool building experience, and more than 100 years of combined experience from our team members, we’ll use the latest architectural technology to create pool designs based on the feedback you provided us with during the consultation stage.
We’ll also create an estimation of costs and timelines. These estimates are always comprehensively created, ensuring you’re transparently provided with all of the necessary information you need and there will be no hidden surprises later on in the project.
Visit our office
Next, you’ll be invited to Claffey Pools’ offices. At this point, you’ll be presented with stunning 3D models of what your pool will look like, giving you a clear view of your future backyard.
Every detail of the project will be discussed, ensuring you’re fully happy with what we’ve crafted. At this point, we can also make any adjustments or changes to the design based on your feedback.
Building the pool
Now the build can begin.
The construction design and permitting process will typically take around eight weeks, and will see us organize all of the logistics and paperwork required with any pool build.
Once everything has been approved and the necessary permissions have been granted, the construction can begin. On average, this will take between 12-14 weeks, but this can vary depending on the specifics of your project.
