Perfect Family Escape

Designer: Mike Farley

Three girls loved to play in the water so every water feature was desired however mom wanted a clean tailored finish. No boulders allowed, however they want to sit under, with, and walk through water. Dad wanted an awesome kitchen and seating area. A grotto with flanking sheer descents was the focal point across the pool, a tanning ledge with a gusher for each girl plus one provided a great play area in the shade of a new arbor and the final bowls was the rainfall from the arbor- “The car wash.” Floating girls laughed themselves off the ledge into the pool. Under, with and walkthrough waters. All paving was Turkish travertine with dry stack flagstone veneers. The existing brick columns were re-veneered in flagstone in the outdoor living room. The TV Cabinet complete with the new kitchen was and done in dry stack stone. The removeable fence allowed safe entry to play in the grass without entering the pool area. The perfect backyard for this family of five.
