Before we make our first visit to your pool site, we will require you to provide us with a property survey that has been stamped by a licensed surveyor. Your Claffey design consultant will then visit you to ask about your family, lifestyle, and pool usage.

Jenny Scarbrough

Design Consultant

Jenny grew up in Southern California, where she was surrounded by the construction world from early childhood. Every day after school she accompanied her mother back to her office at a design firm in West Los Angeles, where she was exposed to all things creative. After graduating Summa Cum Laude at Texas Woman’s University, she began working for a prominent privately owned custom home builder in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She spent 9 years working with homeowners, architects, and contractors to build high-end residential homes from concept through final construction. During her time managing design and construction of these homes, she built a great working relationship with her pool contractor, Charlie Claffey. Jenny found her love of pool design and has spent 5 years working with a very diverse group of customers in designing their outdoor backyard space with Claffey Pools. When she is not sitting at a local Dallas coffee shop drawing and creating backyard dreams, you’ll find her spending time with her brood of dogs and cars, volunteering to feed the homeless, and having fun with her hobby as an aerial acrobat.

Erin Kidd

Design Consultant

When I moved to Fort Worth from Southern California nine years ago, I had every intention in pursuing a career in Interior Design and this is what seemed like the natural next step in my life based on my experience up to that point. I was incredibly blessed to be called upon to join the Claffey Pools team as a member of the Design/CAD department, which is where I developed quite a bit of knowledge on pool construction and design. I quickly realized thereafter that I wanted the opportunity to further my career and start designing and working with clients to create their dream backyard. I am so fortunate that I get to use my love for design to assist our clients in making their backyard visions become a reality. I pride myself on listening to what the clients needs and interests are, keeping in mind budgetary concerns along with proper use of space and most importantly to make the pool and outdoor living space functional for the entire family. From start to finish, I am here to walk you though the process of designing, constructing, and maintaining the swimming pool that will most definitely bring your family years of joy to come!
