1. July 4th Flag Display. The flag display was a very moving display of the loss that our country suffered during the 9-11 attack. This was a most appropriate display on our nation's birthday. On that weekend we had out of town guests and I made a special trip to your location to show them the display. THANK YOU.

2. Retail Sales Department. I would like to comment on the excellent service provided by Mr. John Citta and his entire retail sales staff. As a neophyte pool owner, Mr. Citta and his staff have been very helpful in getting me off and running with my pool management. He is never too busy to talk about a pool problem, offer suggestions and products to solve the problem - not just move the products. It was a result of this treatment my wife recommended your company to construct a pool in Trophy Club, TX. You are very fortunate to have Mr. Citta and his staff working for you.

Dear Claffey Pools,

It is so rare these days to find a company as customer-service oriented as Claffey, that I wanted to take the time to write you a short note of thanks. We have had our pool a year now and love it. I was recalling last year at this time how our backyard looked like a bomb had gone off and wondering how it was ever going to look "normal" again - but it is beautiful. We have had a couple of problems but they have been fixed quickly and correctly - without another call and all has been under warranty. We wish Claffey Pools all wonderful success.

I just wanted to let you know how honored Claffey Pools should feel to have an employee that is so dedicated. Our Superintendent was the best pool superintendent we have ever had!

He went beyond the call of duty and was always there for us to help understand the process or clarify our concerns. It is so hard in today's world to find employees, especially young ones, who get what the business world is all about. He gets it! He knows that he represents Claffey Pools and is proud to work hard to make your customers happy. He is extremely dedicated to his work and wants to make sure that the process is done to the customer's satisfaction. In 1996 we invested in a Claffey pool for our new home here in Southlake. We had received high recommendations from the builder, the realtor and every reference we checked. We have not been disappointed.

This month we needed to call you for service because the pool sweeper was in need of repair, the filter needed to be cleaned out, and the backwash valve was difficult to turn. Once again, not only have we not been disappointed, but also you have exceeded our expectations. Your service technician was at our house within 24 hours, repaired the valve and promised to return the following day to complete repairs. As promised, he arrived the following day, cleaned the filter and repaired the pool sweep to as-new or better condition. All this for an extremely reasonable price.

Your service has been extraordinary, Claffey Pools. You have always been on time, been fair with pricing, and way above average in quality and value.
